/STRIP – Any existing database linkages are removed
from the new polygons (this qualifier does not modify the linkages
on the original elements). If this qualifier is not used, any existing
database linkages are copied from the original elements to the polygons.
 

/SELECT...  FROM tablename[,tablename[,tablename]] [WHERE...
] Using the /SELECT qualifier, the script looks for the values being
prompted in the query (using the mslink number to link the database
attributes to the proper graphical elements). Only adjoining polygons
with equal return values from the SELECT query will be merged.
